Our Methodology
Planning & Preparation
We work together to clarify high level scope, set project milestones, and set up project management controls and communication channels.
We generally use this time to begin software installations, and request access to any required systems.
Requirements
The team gathers requirements from business stakeholders and subject matter experts. We may hold a series of workshops to facilitate discussion and expose pain points and shared goals across the organization.
Design & Prototyping
Once requirements are understood, the design process takes place. We use established patterns and application architectures to enable rapid prototyping in this phase. The goal is to get the core team reacting to visible look and feel as soon as possible. Feedback is processed, and incorporated in to iterative prototypes until a clear picture of the solution design is accepted by the project team.
Development & Integration
The team gathers requirements from business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
We may hold a series of workshops to facilitate discussion and expose pain points and shared goals across the organization.
Testing
Once we are confident that the developed application is built and performing exactly as designed, we begin formal testing.
At this stage we execute User Acceptance Testing, Performance Testing, Integration Testing, and Security Testing.
Deployment
Training is delivered to Trainers and/or End-Users. Software and Project communications are sent out to all stakeholders, and the fully tested software is deployed to the production environment.
Operations & Maintenance
As desired, our clients’ in-house administrators will be fully trained and capable of maintaining the production system.
We remain close-by to answer any questions, so that any issues found in Production can be resolved immediately.
